Order Fulfillment/Shipping

You should have received a one-time unique code to your Delta email to redeem your order. IFS and ACS have a choice between the Tie bundle, consisting of a traditional tie and a pocket square or a Scarf bundle, consisting of a scarf and a pocket square. Flight Ops has a choice between the traditional tie or scarf. Please select your item and utilize your unique one-time code at check-out.

Employees who work at an international base/station will receive their complimentary centennial accessories through their local leader. We expect Centennial accessories to arrive by Mid-February for employees to begin picking up.

Keep an eye out for your order 5-7 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. Most orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. Note: Orders placed in Jan. will begin shipping the second week of February.

At checkout, employees will notice a $5.00 shipping fee. This fee will be waived with the one-time unique code that you received via your Delta email account. Orders cannot be completed without utilizing that one-time unique code.

When your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. While you cannot receive another complimentary gift, we have added all Uniform accessories to the "Available to Purchase" collection on the site. Returns/Exchanges

Centennial accessories may not be returned.

If the products upon arriving are damaged and/or defective, an exchange may be requested. If items are torn, stained, or have a critical flaw to the manufacturing or the design upon receiving, please reach out to deltauniforms@harperandscott.com for assistance. Be sure to share pictures of the damaged items and packaging for the claims process.
